I believe G-d is teaching me a valuable lesson. When dealing with people I am dealing with strong minded agendas, each with their own attitudes and hard headed ideas of how things should get done. Each person views me and the world through the tainted sphere of their own prejudices. When dealing with people I have to stay positive and wear an diplomat's smile. I stand it awe how successful politicians deal with all the people who are up against their every move. The last thing I should do is lose my cool and get angry. I have seen the damage anger has done and experience the lack of respect it reciprocates. To stay cool and wear a smile while understanding people's fickleness is the goal. I want to be more mature, more intelligent, more calm than those people who are holding me back.

Way to go ! I am hoping that after I get through the program and during this program I can feel the same w3ay you do. I am on 3rd week now. I feel peaceful when I listen to the relaxation tape. I will Be on vacation for the next 2 1/2 weeks But I will be taking my little cards to remind me of the program . I will check in on May 26 when I get back . Martha

I have learn to control the panic attack I had a week ago. I don't know that I was having one until it was over.

Hi every one , I have learned a lot in the last few weeks on the program. I feel much better. I have not had an attack in long time.
