Any advice on how to start with the 16 tapes/cd's of this program. Is it easy???

Hello Namaste
Lucinda tells you in an intro DVD and then theres a little booklet that shows you how to start and how to follow the program. They highly recommend that you do not skip around as each lesson is built up the previous and they each reinforce each other too. Its not that bad and pretty easy to follow. You listen to the tape one day and the next day do the book. and you alternate and you are to try do the relaxation tape 2 to 3 times a day. I listen at bedtime to sleep by and let it play as backround noise while Iam doing things around the house. I like it alot and think you will like it too. I am on week 5 by the way. Please come and post often and let me know how it goes.
