Hi quickly: I received the program at the end of November. I then got the good days about two weeks ago. I paid the shipping on the first batch but just noticed they charged my card already!? I thought I had 30 days to cancel or they charge the card?! please help! any info would be great as they are closed today and I wont have time to be on hold tomorrow at work!

Hi Maeggie,

When I called to cancel, they had a voice mail set up where you could leave a message to cancel further shipments and I gave all the information they required.

You can probably return the second shipment, but you will have to talk to them to do that. They probably went on 30 days from your order date not the day you received.
