not sure when most of this happened ,but here is a little summary.i became sober almost 2yrs ago and have stayed a social misfit until 6 months ago.met a girl fell in love,moved in together.out of the blue her father passed away in an accident.i had to pull all the wait.how to get family here from canada how to suppport everyone,woking 80 hrs a week,trying to figure out how to get stuff and family back to canada.needed money to support family,then my girl was having hard time with his death .and all of a sudden i just started having these attacks of anxiety /panic. these feelings occasionally happen when flying but now they're an everyday issue.any help

Well it sounds like you were/are under a lot of pressure and this is your body and minds way of telling you to stop, slow down, and take care of yourself. With some good exercises and techniques you will be able to conquer this. Do you have the program or know anything about panic attacks?
