Congestion is one of my big triggers. when I had a cold, i've been known to panic out of sleep as i am so congested it gets hard to breath....but of course i can breath through my mouth. I have a bit of a bug now and was thinking i might get congested too...ive been doing well and dont want to relapse. What do you suggest?
1. be realistic as to "its just congestion"
2. continue to note "i can breath through my mouth"
3. practice my deep breathing
4. don't make it catastrophic
I just dont like to have a bad cold and be congested. I know no one does...but someone my brain flipped this into a danger at some point. How do i "un-danger" it?
