I have not had time t finish session six. We have to travel and dont really have the time or money. I had been doing so good. I didnt get to go to yoga Monday that threw the whole week off. I feel more anxious today than what I have. Plus this is PMS week.

Hello got to have faith. It's hard to stay on course with the program when life gets really busy like the holidays. It's ok. You have been doing really well and you will continue to do great. Give yourself a little bit of slack. It's ok.
During PMS week I feel like I could rip someone's heart out at times. I try to practice my breathing/relaxation and tell myself this will pass. I also give my family a warning that I'm a rat this week so watch out.
It's during these stressful times we need to be kind and considerate towards ourselves. Keep up the great work.

I'm sorry for all you are going through right now and pray you will get back on track in every way. Please try hard to accept the way the week is and has been and breathe deeply, talk calmly to yourself and as bna said be kind to yourself. Remember this all shall pass and take it one moment at a time.
