Just wondering if I should try these vitamins.
Has anyone tried them or is taking them currently? Just wondering if they help with mood/wellness and how they were feeling while
taking them? also do they have any side effects
or other warnings? I couldn't find any other
information other than to talk to your doctor first if you are on any meds.

That's great to know. Do they really make you
feel relaxed and less stressed?

hi Deb,
i too am taking the vitamins, and there are no side effects.. im not on any meds though. im not sure if its the vitamins that have been making me feel better, or if its just the fact that im taking them,& in my head, im telling myself their good for my body. im not sure? either way, vitamins are wonderful for the body, and their natural vitamins. their there to give your body all the nutrients your body lacks... i even take other vitamins with the good day ones.
if ur not eating the right amount of nutrients or minerals. this is a great way to give u that boost..
if ur on meds, u should speak with the doctor that prescribed them to you and show them ur vitamins, and see if there will be any conflict in mixing certain ingredients.. better safe than sorry..
good luck

I have to agree, I think they are a scam. I can't take them any way because of meds. But the cost is outrageous. You'd do better to just go get your own vitamins from any regular store.

A scam?
That seems a little harsh/negative.
If you consider what's in the vitamins and that they ship them to your door, it's worth looking into to see if you may benefit.
I've done my research and it's very difficult to find a good mix of supplements that balance us; especially those of us with sensitive systems.
I'm currently still looking into it for myself (seeing if there's any conflicts with other medication I take), but I do have a family member that just started them. So far, so good.

I take a cheapo multivitamin/mineral supplement -- Centrum to be exact -- and I started feeling MUCH better about a month or so after I started taking them. What I noticed was that the chronic lightheadedness went away.
I don't know anything about Good Day vitamins so I can't comment specifically about them.
