I an currently going through this program with a coach and had a question for you guys that might be able to help me understand this better!!
I seem to be doing great other than right before my menstral cycle.. Then it hits me again, the anxious feelings, panic and obsessive thoughts that something is wrong with me. Do any of you experience this? Is there anything that helps make you feel better during this time???

I go through the same! for 2 months I have had very little anxiety and then that time of the month comes and WHAM I am a mess!! I have had bad bad anxiety for the last 3 days because of it...and it frustrates me...I wish I knew the relation between the two...
Anyway, know you are not alone...and I too would love to know if anyone knows anything more about this and stuff that might help or why it is like this.

Hello!Yes I too experience this same thing.It's very frustrating!I talked to my Dr. about it and he says it's because our hormone level drops {I forget what hormone}during this time.If you have anxiety this will make it feel worse.Unless you want to take hormone pills in which I won't because of the complications that can come with taking these you pretty much have to just tell yourself what it is and use you're skills to get the anxiety down.Hard I know.There is also natural things that I've heard about that can help.You'd have to ask someone that deals with those kinds of treatments.I hope you feel better!I'm already having high anxiety lately and I have to face the PMS thing next week.
