Hi everyone,

Just give you a little backround, I have always been so afraid of going to the Dr. Office I guess I have what you call "white coat Syndrome". my anxiety goes trough the celing along with my pulse rate and blood presure.

Well today I woke up and my neck and back and knees have been bothering me for the past two weeks. I had been bitten by a tick 7 weeks ago so I was afraid this was realted to that and that I might have Lyme desease.

Well I went today to the walk-in emergency room and I was so calm I could not belive it, I get extremly nervous when they go to do my vitials well they were perfect, blood presure was 120/80 pulse was 78. I could not get the smile off my face I did not care about my neck and back I was just so happy I did not freak out in the office. I used the skills that I learned in the program and guess what it worked. YEAH!!!

I just wanted to share this with all of you, since I know most of you can relate. Oh buy the the Lyme test was negitive.

Debbie

Congratulations! You must be so thrilled with your progress. I am delighted for you and even moreso that the Lyme test was negative.

Keep up the great work and don't ever forget that great feeling you had today when YOU had positive thoughts throughout that experience!
