Latley I've been having these scary thoughts like I'm going to feel really dizzy like the worl is spinning and I'll have to go to the hostpital and when I think about this it makes me really panicy and i feel dizzy and a little off balnce and i get like a hot flush through my body. And I know thats from tjhe anxity but I was just wondering if anyone have any advice?

I don't really have any advice, but I do have similiar feelings. Not so much the scary thought, but I feel dizzy alot and like everything is shakey and then the more i think about it the more dizzy i feel and off balance which in turn makes me panicky and sometimes get hot flashes too....I just try to "float" through it or get up from my desk and walk around the office to get my mind off of it

If I am in my car I call someone and talk - it takes my mind off the dizziness and it goes away. If I am at work I have 1 friend I trust - I call her into my office and she knows and will just start talking - once engaged in conversation it will go away.

Mia - Give yourself permission to feel that way. The last thing we want to do is to make our misery ok, but it's exactly what you need to do. When you accept how you feel and allow it to be as it is, you will find it leaves you more quickly and you don't have the added stress of anxiety. It will pass in its own time. It is not harmful so it's no big deal if you feel that way. When you notice the fear, make it OK to be there. It too will pass quickly.
