Hi, j. I'm dealing with some physical symptoms, too. I get this weird nervous out of body feeling. I have been doing well, but all of a sudden I started feeling this way again. It's good that you made it out of the house for a while. You should pat yourself on the back for that. Have you tried the breathing exercises. That may help. I am sure it will get better.

jdhilty and tiffantyee - I have had the physical symptoms you are describing. jdhilty - congratulations on going out and working through them.
I have not been bothered by the physical symptoms since going through the program and meditating. If you find a guided meditation, it shows you how to flow with your emotions (fear of the physical symptoms) and not be afraid of them. In fact, the one that I listen to actually has you feel your fear, anger, or whatever you are feeling without thinking about why you are feeling them.
Between the Program the Relaxtion CD and the mediation - I have not been bothered by any physical symptons, I can now just float through them, and my last panic attack was July 4, 2008.
Trust this program and know that your anxiety will produce those feelings, but they won't harm you, don't be afraid of them.
Good Luck

Hi MKB78
I use Mary and Richard Maddux - Emotional Ease. I found them on iTunes. I bought their stuff and am registered for their free podcasts. It has been wonderful. Their web address is <A HREF="
