Hey guys I haven't had a panic attack in three months. I woke up in terror with one. I got to the point where I thought I was having an asthma attack. Seems like when you don't have one for awhile they are ten times as bad. My mind is racing with what if thoughts questioning mysellf again.

You are not alone...same thing happened to me about a month ago and I have been struggling since! It sure can be frustrating..but do your very best to get that control back...and most of all, get out the little cards with your program and review your skills!
...this is just a stepping stone..one it passes you will be even stronger than before!
