I have heard the winter is hard because we don't get enough sun in the wintertime. My dad has delt with depression his whole life and has taught me tons of ways to get through it. I just got the program and now I'm learning he said you can look up under google season affective disease. Its a light you sit under 20 minutes in the morning in the winter or whenever and it helps poduce sertin that causes doesn't cause the anxiety. I'm going to try it out for a few days and I will let you all know if it works well. he got this light 25 yrs ago and doesn't remember the name but just the disorder so I might look up to see it's like a florset light. Does anyone do this. Thanks christin

I haven't tried the lights, but I have heard that because they are full spectrum, not to use too many as your light bulbs in the house, because they mimic the sun, and you may have trouble sleeping if you changed all your bulbs over.

chraligar,

check out the website ApolloHealth.com. I have one of those go lite blue light therapy. I haven't used mine in awhile. There's good info there I think.
