Has anyone found relief from chronic headaches and the accompanying dizziness that comes along with them?
Often throughout the day I get terrible headaches out of nowhere (as far as I can tell there is no stress trigger) and they are so awful that the dizziness I deal with the majority of the day gets even worse and I feel totally incapacitated and afraid.
I'm wondering if chronic tension stemming from the panic/anxiety I've had the last 4 years has the ability to actually create dizziness and an off balance feeling in my body.
I notice that when I work out, during changes in movement and from working out to cooling down, I get extremely dizzy and then feel a jolt of anxiety. When I turn my head certain ways I also feel dizzy.
I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this. I'm debating seeing a dr about it, but I've been through so many health tests the past few years I am hesitant to put myself through it again to be told I'm fine. But I just notice all the time that the back of my neck is sore to the point of pain and the dizziness is out of control.
I don't hyperventilate and my breathing techniques are fine - so I know that isn't the cause of my dizziness.
Sorry to ramble on here - just didn't know if anyone had any opinions or advice on this one!
