I am going into week 3 of the program and I am seeing/feeling a positive impact... but... I have been randomly getting "fuzzy", disoriented feelings followed by strong physical side effects, especially in my sight. Has anyone experieneced this? Any feedback?

I was wondering if maybe it was a side effct to my meds... do you mind me asking if you are on them? I hate the feeling.

michelle, '

side effects from medication are not to be taken lightly.

talk to your doctor asap and pharmacist if necessary.

if the medication has been ruled out as the culprit, then you will know that it is "just" anxiety.

I take medication for hypothroidism, and had my dosage lowered back in august. wouldn't you know, that one of the side effects of too much thyroid hormone is anxiety, nervousness, etc?

i have come to understand that it is not solely the meds, but since lowering them, I do feel better.

but don't underestimate the power of the mind. search online sometime at different sites for signs and symptoms of anxiety. it seems as though just about every sensation in the body can be caused by anxiety to some degree.

talk to your doctor, rule out any underlying medical concern, and then decide if it is anxiety or not.

Thanks. I also suffr from Grave's Disease which is a thyroid disease that can't decide it it's hyper or hypo. It sucks and I am constantly having to adjust my levles of medication. But, I was diagnosed with panic disorder 12 years ago and have been on meds ever since. A few months ago I started to get off and then realized that just wasn't happening.

hey michelle,

I'm really starting to like you ;)

I suffer from hypothyroidism, and was diagnosed 3 years ago.
