Hello StressCenter.com friends

(thats my cheesey grin, lol)! I really wanted to post this - I thought it could/would/should mean something to us all. Enjoy!!
LENORE
CONCENTRATE ON THE SENTENCE
When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but
merely opening your hands to receive something better. Concentrate on
this sentence..... 'The will of God will never take you where the Grace
of God will not protect you.' "Pray Without Ceasing".

Hi Lenore! I hope that you get this reply; I am new here and don't understand how to use this reply site yet. What does the Posts: 204 mean? Are there 204 answers to your "concentrate on the sentence"?
anyway, thank you for the sentence; I am trying to do that with "Trust in the Lord...." but the fast anxious thoughts are breaking through. I don't know if I should be doing this program, as I am so empathetic and sensitive and worrisome; I try to project myself into the problems of others to understand them. I haven't had panic attacks before, and think I am heading towards one by listening to the first tape where she is talking about them!!
I am also not good at imagining and creating situations and things to say, so that sentence will help and others will too. Thank you so much Lenore!
