Yes, I've heard of him. and I used to get free weekly helpful insights from him. It was before I started this program. I have to admit that he was very helpful and alot of what he teaches parallels with what were taught here. I bought this program a couple years ago, so when my anxiety peaked at it's worst, I turned to what I had already purchased. I also found that the forums/chat here are more beneficial to my needs. I find that the workbook, along with the cds are far better than just weekly readings. I need the "hands on" approach.
best of luck

Hi I bought the panic away book and read up to page 1 hundred something. It basically teaches you how to let a panic attack happen, that will go away. The book is interesting, but I to need the hands on approach. It got a little boring just reading the book. I think this program is a lot better. By the way the book is 70 dollars.

I would be cautious of anyone who claims "total success". That's really impossible and misleading. Just my two cents.

Yes, I have the book. It's really good. It helped me to a point, but I think I need more structure like in this program, plus the forum is beneficial as well. I think his program is very good though. For someone who works well on their own, it would be great.

I figured it was basically a "float" through it course. He reads like a snake oil salesman, but, I`m learning that teaching that method might be the best.

He talks about his "one turn" method which is supposed to be enormously effective in halting panic attacks. Anyone know exactly what the "one turn" technique is? (I would like to save myself $70!).
