Stress Center Peer Support

Hi there,
I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but I've had the program since the beginning of March and this is the first time I'm visiting the peer support site. I'm easily overwhelmed which leads me to just "not look at it at all" but I want to give this a chance. How does this site work? What's the most user-friendly way to become familure with how this site works?

Hi RN/MOM, welcome! I just ordered the program, but have been on this site for about a week or so. The best advice I can give is to surf the topics, post when you feel like you want to say something, and read the ones that interest you. The main section I find best is the one where you've posted your's - "General Comments/Inquiries....."

I really liked this discussion site once I started reading about people who were enduring anxiety/panic like me, had the same symptoms, etc. It felt really good to know I was not alone.
