Hi Holly,
I had extreme panic attacks that drove me crazy. I thought I was dying on a daily basis. I was so afraid of the way I felt. I couldnt see the light at the end of the tunnel. So I went to the doctor and he prescribed me celexa and I also bought the program. I still have some anxiety but I am not panicking anymore because I know what it is and I try not to let my anxiety turn into panic. I hope this helps reassures you a little. This is not forever.

Dear Holly,

I was experiencing anxiety and panic attacks / depression almost daily after the loss of my daughter in Dec. 2006.
I don't take any medication but the program has helped me tremendously. I'm on session 11 and I haven't had any of those horrible frightening symptoms for a long time now. Even after the 2nd session using their 6 steps to stop the anxiety before it works into a full-blown attack/panic, I already felt better because I knew it would go away.
I reccomend this program highly...it works!!!

Don't be afraid..it will go away using this program! It's the best investment I have made in a long time!

My best to you and know you too can recover!

Hugs,

Barbara U. Cherish

I went through the program many years ago and yes I was totally panic free. My husband and I traveled, I had a good job and my life was great. My husband died Nov 10, 2007 and the panic came back. I did not deal with my husbands death the way I should have and did not get into counseling until recently. Had I dealt with it to begin with I really think I would not be in the panic/anxiety/depression place that I am in now. You can get through this and you can overcome your anxiety. You have to trust yourself and work hard to get there. You can do it! Good Luck and many hugs. Pam
