I have gone through panic anxiety twice before in the past and both times "come out of it". It has been 8 years since my last round with the disorder. This time I'm not afraid of the panic attacks because I've gotten used to breathing and relaxing myself through them over the years. This time I worry that my anxieties are too vague to be cured. it would help so much to talk to other people who have gone through panic anxiety in the past but have gotten through it successfully, but are having anothre round with it. Because some of my fears are jsut the comparisons between why I feel different this time. Please, if anyone knows what this is like please write me back.

If you have the program go back through it again, be sure to read the WORKBOOK! It is very important. As time passes, we forget a few things. Also read books be Dr. Claire Weekes, she was a former sufferer, she had high degrees in medicine and she found the way out of anxiety and wrote books to show us how to do it too.
Hope that helps.
