Hi Eclectic1, What a great screen name. I like a person who can think! In response to - what to do next... I recommend meeting some new ppl in the Chat Room. I am often amazed by what we do in our lives and all the accomplishments we have made! We are truly a diverse Group... I have always found great answers there, to any questions. The ppl here are understanding and helpful. Welcome again, Eclectic.

Welcome!
I hope this part of the program helps you as much as it has recently started helping me. I did not post right away when I started the program, but since I have posted, I see why it is so important. I am going through a hard spot in life. It is ok for me to be anxious, as long as I get through it without giving in to the anxiety. I have started posting some feelings in this forum, and the others are very friendly. Everybody seems to have some experience to share that can help you to feel better. That is the wonderful thing about those of us in this forum. Nobody judges each other, we are here to help each other through a life that is hard.
So, how are you today? Fine, I hope, but chances are you need to talk. Most of us do :)

I am also new, so new I haven't received the CD/DVD yet. I am encouraged by the fact there seem to be people being helped by the program and am looking forward to moving forward.

Thinking positively,

Welcome, eclectic.

First thing I would do is get acquainted with people on the January 2009 peer support group. It is easier to get going there with a smaller group who are at the same place as you.
