I've been using the program for about a month and am finding my body symptoms are less severe than initially. However, I seem to have one good day where I'm "getting" the program, only to suddenly start having body symptoms (headache, sweating, palpitations) out of the blue. Any suggestions? When this happens it scares me and I go off down that path. I am doing the breath exercises and relaxation...Thanks for any advice.

U are doing the right thing by doing the breathing, and listening to your relaxation, it relly helps. Keep on with the positive thinking, and the program, it always passes.

Marina,
Don't worry about having the anxiety one day here and there. It's scary, definitly. But you did say they're less severe than before, so the good news is you're improving!

Just distract yourself when you feel anxious or go for a nice walk through somewhere scenic to release some of the energy. Just float with it all. You're going to be alright.

Thanks for the encouragement...I also seem to be crying more, which actually feels good. I keep things pretty bottled up. I'm hoping my anxiety will decrease and things will smooth out soon...the yoyo effect is discouraging!
