I have a degree in English writing and a professional background in graphic design. I find myself utterly distracted by the horrendous grammar and layout issues throughout the Attacking Anxiety & Depression workbook. Instead of focusing on self-improvement, I sit and wonder if anyone edited this thing. It's really terrible. Are there other "grammar nuts" out there who, like me, are spending as much time correcting the workbook as learning from it? I can't seem to switch off that part of my brain. Are there any like-minded individuals who feel like it's your personal duty to rid the world of poor communication? I feel like I need a straight jacket and a lesson in how to dangle my modifiers! :?

Heather, You are clearly avoiding dealing with your issues. Work the program and feel your discomfort while doing this. Focusing only on what the program offers (and not your obsession) is your exposure and will be what helps you to heal.
