Is it normal that my anxiety has not changed by this stage of the program?

Yes - it is normal for some. Do you still panic or do you experience anxiety (levels below panic)? Often people don't experience panic anymore at this stage but not always. There is no set rule on this.

Using the 6 step tools will really help to eliminate the panic and keep your anxiety levels down to a level you can handle.

It's more than normal. Today I took an anxiety med and it's not my time. Usually only need to take 4 days in a row, hormonal problem. I've taken the program twice so don't sweat it. The program did help but it doesn't mean I won't still have my days, just can't beat on myself about it.

Barb G thanks for your kind thoughts. It reminds me that I am not alone. I will keep working on it.

Thank you Boon for your thought also. You are correct - I did not have a panic attack (OMG! I didnt even give myself credit for that ! ! !) I had huge anxiety all day at work and all night once I was at home. Just could not clear my mind. Cant believe how often I "should" on myself. My negative thoughts keep coming on so quickly that I cant keep track of them. But, as you mentioned: "I did not have a panic attack!" Thank you, thank you, thank you !

I bought my program in probably 1996-97 and I received 16 cassette tapes and a workbook. I was wondering what the program now contains and if it is the same information? The copyright notice on what I have reads 1985, revised 1989.

I do know that life is a growing experience and is not without stress. We just learn to handle stress better. Pat yourself on the back for *any little thing*.

Peaceful blessings...
