I just got the program, and have a question about using it. Do I listen to session 1, every other day, for a week? The same session 1 CD? And, the coaching DVDs, when do I use those? I can't really find a clear-cut guide telling me how to use what with what, you know? Thanks for any help!

I had that same problem when I first opened the box. I found the answer in the first workbook, the one that is included with Sessions 1 - 4, open to the second page. It reads: Stop! This Is Your Weekly Schedule and then it spells out what you do on day one, day 2, day 3, day 4, day 5, day 6, day 7. It's all right there, and if you follow the weekly schedule which is on the second page of each workbook, you will have a clear cut guide that makes it easy. It's good to go back and refer to this planner schedule each day. It keeps you on track with the program so you can progress. Good luck and welcome.
P.S. The Coaching DVD's are a supplement. I enjoy them, and I watch the DVD chapter which corresponds to the session. I usually watch the Coaching DVD twice each week. Lucinda tells you how to keep moving in the workbook session chapters.
