I would like to know what your three most scary or negative thoughts are that keep recurring.

Interesting!
Well, here goes:

1) fear of doctors, health (what ifs), hospitals
2) fear of obessive scary thoughts (hurting
people, going crazy, fear of dying)
3) depressed when alone at home in a.m. (lonely?
scared, lots of negative, scary thoughts)

Please let me know how this goes, I hope something positive comes out of this, something wwe can use as a tool for recovery, maybe, huh? Good luck to you and thank you for spending time researching this. Suzzie

What If I stop breathing.

What If I kill myself.

What If I have bi-polar/manic depressive disorder and nothing can help me/ going crazy.

ps- I see a therapist every week and his diagnosis for me is Panic disorder and major depressive disorder along with obsessive thinking. He does not think I have Bi-polar at all. But I fear it.

Let me know how the research goes!!
