I am having these weird warm body sensations on my back, buttocks and legs. I saw the doctor and said anxiety related because I am not having any other weird feelings. I did have some bad muscle twitching before all over my body about 6 months ago but they went away. Does anyone else have or has experienced this. My hypochondriasis has me thinking I have every disease known to man, and it just seems to easy to think it is anxiety. Any comments are appreicatiod.

whenever i get really nervous i get this really hot feeling all over. it doesn't last for too long but i don't like it. if the doctor told you its anxiety related though, i would believe him, doctors are the ones that know that kind of stuff. they actually study it so you can trust em.

I get the "weird" warm body sensations. I always get warm or hot when I get nervous. Like when I go to the Dr. or the dentist, or sometimes just talking to someone I am uncomfortable with. I also get these red blotchy spots on my neck and chest. I would guess it is only nerves. That is what a couple of Dr.'s have told me. I also have phobias about having different things wrong with my body also. I do though have something undiagnosed though that is not just in my head. So I always say if you don't trust what your Doc says get a second opinion. They are humans too and make mistakes, just because they study something doesn' mean they are a total expert. But what you describe does sound like nerves like I experience. It is pretty embarassing when you get red blotchy spots on your neck and someone is looking at you funny.
