I have had crazy insomnia, which I've used xanax on. Unfortunately, after awhile it's not as effective and you build up a tolerance. Xanax is a cns depressant which can't be too good. I'm going to try tryptophan. Anybody have any experience with that?

Well I watched the Food Network, and they say that there is a high level of tryptophan in turkey and especially parmesan cheese. So I would turkey sprinkled with parmesan cheese right before I go to bed if I were you. lol It might just actually work!
