You are having anxiety attacks!!! The best way to overcome your feelings of spaciness and disorientation, and unreality is to accept these things and know that they will pass!!!
Actually, observe these feelings while you are experiencing them!!! Become an observer of you own feelings!!!
Watch as these feelings of unreality and spaciness float lazily before you as the clouds, notice that they pass with time!!!
Think of yourself as an outsider looking in!!! What do you really see happening here???
You will not lose your mind or go crazy from an anxiety or panic attack, since, that is impossible!!!
Remember, to float through these feelings, however uncomfortable they may feel!!! They cannot hurt you in any way!!!
You are going to be just fine!!! You need to stop running from your feelings, although, I know it is very difficult, but accepting your feelings is the "key" to overcoming these feelings!!!
You go with YOU everywhere you go!!! You know that by trying to resist these feelings or running from them, that you are only increasing their life span and adding fuel to your fears!!!
You can "starve" your fears by accepting them for what they are!!! Nothing at all to concern yourself with!!!
Fear feeds on fear, so, do not give your fears any weight, since, your fears cannot hurt you in any way!!!
You are safe, secure, healthy and very sane, always remember this!!!
