Stress Center Peer Support

I starting taking them about 3 days ago. Today
i feel much better but feel kind of scared. Has
anybody felt the same way. also feel kind of jitter.

they worked at 1st but then i started to feel weird.. more anxious so i stopped to see if it was that or all in my head

I feel the same way weird. Maybe because I haven't felt so good for a long time. I sure could use some help with this.
