Hello-
I haven't posted here in a little while. I don't know if this might help anyone else but I kind of had a realization that I think will help me feel better sooner.
Going through the program I could never really relate to the panic attacks and the extreme anxiety that everyone else seems to feel. Mine symptoms were pretty much constant worry ALL day long and pretty much never living in the present moment. Uncontrollable thoughts.........
I have been seeing a counsellor for the last few months and it is finally strating to help a little bit
I am realizing that much of my agony in life is caused by my mind which obsesses pretty much non stop.
Well I'm pretty sure I have OCD and more specifically pure O which means pure Obsessive. Knowing this I can relate to it better and think that I will be able to attck it a little better.
