Please let me know that I am not the only one who has increased anxiety on my already existing anxiety about starting! As I first learned more, I saw I had more to deal with!

You're not alone. Each positive step you take will help, so great job just for posting your note. You took positive action. Reward yourself each time you exercise, post your thoughts, etc. You're facing your fears, but now you're not facing them alone.

LMP,

It can be overwhelming realizing there is alot of work ahead of you. Try not to look at everything all at once. Instead focus on one area at a time and don't go to the next until you are fully ready.

It is completely normal to have more anxiety at first.

Change, even positive change, can bring stress - it's normal. But I think you have made a good choice to start this program. Take it in bite sized bits. Work on the current week's program and don't be concerned about what's next - 15 weeks will go by one way or another no matter what you do : )

There's a nice group of people who post here. I have to say that it is great to have the companionship along the way - and everyone here is pretty much in the same boat.

Good luck!
