My question is.....how can I update the program from cassettes to cd's. I feel I need to get back in the program since I first used my tapes in 2004. I now have nothing that will play my cassettes. I also am curious about what has been updated in the program since 2004. What will it costs me to update my program?

JayBoone I think your best bet would be to call the StressCenter.com customer service line and they would have the most accurate info. Good lUCK!

Hi! I am in the same situation as JayBoone, except that I still do have a few cassette players around. But, I would really like to know what updates have come about since I bought the Program in 2003. I am going through it again, for the fourth time. Each time I see wonderful improvement. This time, along with seeing a psychologist and taking care of a long-standing relationship problem, I'm seeing wonderful changes in myself. Yea!!

Jay, if you want to listen to your same tapes (I don't know if they are any changes), there are machines that will input the tapes into a computer and from there you could simply copy the files to a CD in any format you want. There are also "dubbing" services out there that do this for you. However, contact StressCenter.com. Perhaps they will replace the cassettes with CD's for a lot lower cost than buying the program all over again. Good luck to you. Bob.
