Carrie, Maybe try eating small potions through out the day. Dont over think it everybody has to eat. If it bothers you to eat more often do more exercises. ;)

Yes. Instead of eating when you really feel hungry, it is good to eat frequently after every 2-3 hours. It can help to gain a healthy weight. Have variety of food but keep control on the amount you have. Read a few good tips about it at http://bit.ly/1lgC1KE
