I know i'm just starting out, but even doing the first session has seemed to help. The relaxation tape is amazing! I thought I would be really uncomfortable, but it wasn't that bad. Normally, when I get anxious, I get dizzy. But I didn't get dizzy once during the relaxation tape. I really think it's going to work. I want to do everything all over again. But i'm going to take it day by day and follow the schedule. Just wanted to get that out there.
