Hey, guys! It's been a while since I've posted. I've been doing all right with a few hard times around my monthly. Anyway, my cleaning business has basically dropped off and I've had to start hunting for a "real" job. That brought some anxiety back.

I've been trying to float through it as suggested in session 8. I'm not sure if I'me not doing it right because when I relax and float through it, I get the feeling of wanting to cry and exhausted. Then I get worried about how long that would last. That's my main fear for every negative feelings. That they will last too long.

Any hints, helpful comments would be greatly appreciated!

By the way, I've been on several interviews and put tons of resumes out. Some places are having like 600 resumes for 1 position. It's scary out here people!

I can't say I can identify with the job search. If I were in your situation I would remember the positive self dialogue from session #3 whenever you feel fearful or inadequate. Reinforce your positive qualities. If someone passes on you then it is their loss.

You may want to review the session on scary/obsessive thinking as well.

Things will get better and they generally work out in the end.
