I am scared today because I feel so out of it. I stayed uo way to late last night but I feel angry today. I am in a mean mood and don't know why. My head is hurting and internally I am worried that it is something serious and my leg is cramping for the past few days so I worry a bllod clot or so on... So please help and if you have had these "mean" moods that I am please share how you felt and dealt with them. Thank you!

I had mine on a monthly (menses) usually a few days before and after, accompanied by migraines, after I had children, For me it was the estrogen, fluctuations, that triggered my mood's, and mi grains.
Go to bed and get up at the same time every day,
Stop eating sugars. Eat a balanced diet, drink a lot of water, and plenty of fiber
Stay regular, I found constipation, gave me bake aches, and would tiger the moods, too.
Get regulator exercise, taking care of your body, is paramount to feeling better, physically and emotionally, you carry your emotions in your legs, so walking is very helpful.
This program offers a good vitamin, to help you get your nutrition, it is part of the program to eat well, and exercise. Work the program and you will find all theses challenges, turning around. being the mother of 2 with the mean moods, I feel for you, but my kids are grown now, and still my taking this program has made our relationships better, and my marriage as well, my only regret is that I didn't have this 30 years ago.
Just work it, and you will turn your life around, Decide to be happy, and this program will show you how to make it happen. I have been free from the moods for 3 years now, sure there are a few growing pains now and them yet, but with the tools I leaned on this program I can "Improvise, adapt, and over come" USMC in record time now!
