few-what you should do is listen to the cd's at night then since you cannot sleep-this may help you to sleep too. Also, think of it this way-your blowing $200 a week on you don't know what, so how would u figure out what your spending your money on? Writing everything down during week, $20 gas, a candy bar, soda, Lunch, etc. This is why your writing down everything so you can pinpoint things that would hopefully point to when & why you had a panic attack. Hope this helps. God Bless You

If you don't write or journal your negative thoughts how will you know what to change? The restructuring of our negative self talk is what the program is all about. It is the core of the program. Journaling eating habits, thought patterns, etc. gets you to see what may be triggering any anxiety or depression. If we don't see this, we can't change it. Shift work is difficult for sleep patterns. Some people have said that melatonin has helped them when they discontinue the shift work and need to get back to a regular sleep schedule.
