I have been through the program, but it hasn't solded this problem, I am wondering if it has anything to do with Anxiety or Depression?

Basically I am always in a bad mood, grumpy, fed up, and ready to explode at any time.

I suppose its like I have a constant chip on my shoulder for no reason, Occasionally it lifts, but very rarely. Like on pay day it lifts for example, but at all other times its there.

Its like I am constantly stuck on the defensive, I suppose I am angry although I don't take out my anger, Sure I will shout etc but thats it. I can also be very rude.

Anyone else like this?

I notice this happens to me when I'm feeling frustrated in some way about my life. There may be something I need to change but don't exactly know how yet. I try to follow what the program suggests on dealing and not dwelling because I know when I get like that there's something I'm not dealing with that's bugging me, and I get grumpy and irritated.

I can get really grumpy if I'm not dealing with an issue, too. I am sorry you are this way most of the time. If I get in this same predicament (angry, grumpy) for an extended time after I finish the program, my first choice will be to go back and review Sessions 2 through 7 (because these issues were most addressed and worked out there for me). Do you recall which sessions most addressed this for you? For what it's worth, that is what I'd do. If you like to read, there are some really good books that follow this cognitive route, regarding anger. I listed a website on another post yesterday for a book that I think everyone who has anger issues would benefit from reading.
