I have been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now and it gets under control and then I go off my meds and then realize I need to be back on them. Well, this ih the 3rd time now that I am having a hard time and day 3 of starting the meds. It takes a bit for them to work and during the waiting process, I have a hard time staying posotive that they will work again.........any ideas on how to manage this all during the waiting game. Thanks ;)

Hey first I am sorry to hear you are going through this. Try to remember what you did the last time. Try alot of positive self talk. My anxiety has been really high lately and that helps as well as distraction. Stay positive I know it can be hard. If you need anything send me a PM.

Just remember that it is only the stress making you feel this way... nothing else. Stay strong and keep yourself distracted, and before you know it, you won't fear tomorrow!

P.S. There is a simple saying that helps me put things into perspective sometimes... "How do you know you've had a good day until you've had a bad one".
