Received the program last Friday and started the CD's and reading last night..had my first panic attack at 19..I am 46 and have had many struggles with anxiety and panic attacks over the years. My recent divorce has forced me to take a very hard look in the mirror and ask why? I had no idea of the cause, and did my best to hide what was happening. My attacks primarily involve an increased heart rate, sweating, and the sense of urgency to just leave the current situation that I was in...very hard to sit in church or stand in line at the grocery store...large crowds were a challenge....lots of anxiety. I look forward to the challenge of learning the background, causes, and ways to fight this debilitating disorder. Will fight the good fight...so much to learn

Hey John & WELCOME,

Sorry about all you have gone through BUT....

You surely are in the right place and when used properly the program works great. It's a lot of hard work and time (#3) many times. A lot to relearn and take in. Be sure also to do the workbooks and keep a journal close at hand and write a lot. Each thought is so important everyday.

Good Luck, Believe, Don't Quit !!!

Hey John, welcome!

I'm 47 and had my first Panic Attack at age 40. I consider myself lucky that I was symptom free until 40. I just started the program but I have owned it for 5 years. For some reason I felt unsure of starting it in case it didn't work for me.

Good Luck and hang in there.
