i wake up feeling like I can't get a good breath. then I start nodding off like i'm going to pass out. My whole body feels numb and tingling all over. Then it feels like my chest start feeling like its caving in. its so hard for me to go back to sleep and i am sooooo tired. i just want to close my eyes but I am so afraid.

It feels like if i go to sleep my body is going to shut down. But I can barely keep my eyes open

This sounds like panic attacks. I've had this, and while it seems to go on forever, it does eventually pass. If you haven't been to a doctor, go. Just for peace of mind. It can last a while if you keep thinking about it. You're tired because its draining on your body to be this way. Fighting the fatigue will only make it seem worse. Your body won't shut down. On the contrary, it will normalize while you're sleeping and your conscious mind isn't worrying. Try the relaxation techniques. It may not work right away, but this will eventually subside. I know.
