This used to happen to me more a few years ago, which would lead me to panic. I used to be afraid I'd faint or pass out in front of people. It was brief feeling but very strong. I'm not sure, but I think I started to try to focus on my breathing more to make sure I wasn't breathing too shallow, etc. and eat better just in case it was my blood sugar. But, yes, it was scary. Almost like I was going to black out.

I have had similar issues. Just out of the blue. I wondered if it was due to a high blood pressure drug or other drug I was on. I am not convinced it is not a medication. I don't really know what it is. I have it often.

I hate that so many people have these lightheaded/dizzy spells...BUT I'm glad to hear its "normal" for people who have anxiety. I feel like that quit often for no apparent reason. I would just be standing in the kitchen or sitting on the couch. I also assumed it's just my anxiety. Crazy how anxiety can cause so many weird symptoms, isn't it? I thank God that I found this group and I appreciate everyone's input so much.
