just got my program and i am scared to open it. what if this doesnt help me?

These are the exact thoughts this program is geared to help you with. For me, it was a life saver. But, as many have said...its a program you must work. When the anxiety and depression get so badk you will try anything....and I did. For me, this program changed my life. imkay....you will be fine...the box will not hurt you or cause you any harm...sooooo many people have this fear....I gave my first program away then eight years later bought it again...I am so glad I opened it this time...I am on session seven.

Give yourself credit for ordering the program...you made a choice that will change your life for the better but it will be work...YOU now have support here that will help you....understand you even when you think your the only one that feels a certain way you are not....post and read...ask for help or just vent...you are going to be fine...Good luck and welcome...Michelle

thanks guys, i have actually opened the box and looked thru it. i havent watched the dvd or listed to any of the cd's, but i have opened it. that is a start.

It will help you! I felt the same way. I was so down and out when I got the program that I was afraid too. But just knowing others were going through the same thing made me feel much better. Good luck to you.

I too was scared. It's only natural because of our negative way of thinking. We automatically think it's not going to work. I started the program and then I got really anxious and scared and stopped it. Well, I am back and I am on session 7. I am applying myself to the program and doing what Lucinda wants me to do to get better. I will continue on this journey until I do. Good luck! Leopolda
