Just wondering what each of you do to relax when that sudden "feeling" comes on...

I have started to just embrace it and find that it goes away relatively quickly. I learned this before I even received my program material.

But actually just relaxing doesn't come easy for me. I've always been a "high strung/stress seeker Type A person". Until last November that was a "Good thing" I thought. :)
