Question:

Every time after a meal or randomly, when I exhale I notice that I "wheeze". There's an annoying wheezing sound and it annoys the hell out of me. Makes me think of some potential problems so to speak. Also I notice mucus sometimes. Like weird sticky mucus that sometimes is in my throat.

Normal or Over reacting?

Hi my name is katrina and I have somewhat the same problem.Three weeks ago I went to the ER because I had a tightness in my chest and I felt like I had mucus in my chest, like a chest cold. Well they told me I had bronchitis/or asthma. I thought this was wierd because in 27 years I've never had either one. Cut to now may 5, I dont have a tightness anymore, but I still feel a chest cold, and I'm tired of going to my doctor ,because he allways has a way of scaring me. As with people that don't know about having anxiety any crazy comment makes you scared. I do no that I burp more often than I use to, but than again I could be thinking to much. Lets just hope that for you and me this anxiety will pass soon, for good!

Mine started around the same time. The pollen count is so high this time of year that it seems like everyone is having allergies!
