I've been struggling with restless sleeping. I own a business and it is struggling. I'm never sure if we can stay open another week. My husband is not very supportive of my depression. He tells to "just think yourself happy, instead of being miserable". If it were so easy. He runs the business with me and gets caught up in "his" things and lets important things like past due taxes and collectors calling to me. I'm not a calm person. I feel like everyone is being unreasonable to my situation and I have NO patience for them. When I get like this, I yell, make accusations and want to run away. Today...is one very bad day.

Ms Pete,
You have a lot going on right now, restless sleep is just temporary. Running a business that is struggling is stressful, if your sleep is restless, it will bring your depression and stress level up - anybody struggling would feel that way, so try not to be so hard on yourself. Your husband, like all men, need to fix things. That's the way they think. Your husband cannot "fix" your feelings for you and I am sure it frustrates him, he is just expressing it in a way that does not feel supportive to you. Try to start making you your priority, take care of yourself like you would your business, husband, etc., you deserve it. Hang in there, the stress is only temporary.
