Stress Center Peer Support

Is anyone familiar with Heart Math? If so, how do the two programs differ?

i know this posting is alittle late but i bought a book called transforming anxiety and it is from heart math it seemed logical but it was really hard for me to grasp the whole breathing through your solar plexis? i didnt get it how did you hear about it?
