I often feel better when I've read a quote from somebody that is positive or gives good advise. Maybe some of you have had the same feelings. If so, post some of your favorite quotes here for others to see and maybe feel a bit better from reading. I'll start with some I have in front of me now.
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." - Buddha
"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
"FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real." - Author Unknown
"Never bear more than one kind of trouble at a time. Some people bear three - all they have had, all they have now, and all they expect to have." - Edward Everett Hale
