Hi all,
I've encountered some hard times with the program and I wanted to point them out to help other people.
I am highly sensitive and can relate too well to others symptoms, so some of the cd's were hard to listen to. CD #2 can be hard for sensitive people. Just know that and don't listen to it before bed like I did. Also, on the "what if" thinking CD and obsessive thinking CD, keep in mind that these are other people and they have all recovered.
I also tried the wednesday night prayer group that meets by conference call at 10 pm est. This is a very conservative group, with some chanting, singing, praying and references to sending the devil away. I would not try this unless you are into that kind of thing. It increased my anxiety and I wish I didn't do it.
On a last note, a book I like a lot is called the Self Esteem workbook by glenn schiraldi. It is a very positive and uplifting book and fits in nicely with Lucinda's program.
